Brick Street Cafe was founded on September 1, 1995, by the marvelously talented, beautiful, and dare we say..thin, Sara Wilson.
The building was initially a belt factory, where people came, from far and near, to make belts for an honest living.
Nowadays, people still travel from great distances to the old historical landmark, but not to work, mind you, but to eat some of the finest Southern cooking they have ever had.

You might be askin’ yourself, “Do they still have anything to do with belts, here?” As a matter of fact, they do. Customers who sit down to a delicious meal always have to loosen theirs.....maybe just a notch or two.
